I.  Interpretation And Definitions

1. Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following Clause 2. The following definitions shall have the same meaning, regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural form.

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:

• “Account” means a unique account created for Our User(s)/Customers to access our Website and/or Services listed on the Platform.
• “Company” refers to Practiceleague Legaltech Private Limited , with its registered office at 401, Montvert Zenith, Baner Road, Pune – 411045, Maharashtra, India.

• “Services” refers to all the services including but not limited to contract management solutions, legal operation solutions and law, legal firm/departments management software We provide as a Company.
• “Sensitive Personal Data or Information” means sensitive information of any individual relating to password; physical, physiological and mental health condition; sexual orientation; medical records; biometric information; any detail relating to the above as provided to or received by Us for processing or storage. However, any data/ information relating to an individual that is freely available or accessible in public domain or furnished under the Right to Information Act, 2005 or any other applicable law shall not qualify as Sensitive Personal Data.
• “Service Provider” means any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the Company. It refers to the third-party companies or individuals employed by the Company to facilitate the Service, to provide the Service on behalf of the Company, to perform services related to the Service or to assist the Company in analysing how the Service is used.
• “Third-party” refers to any website or any social network website through which You can log in or create an account to use the Platform Services and other entities that help Us provide You with the Platform Services, such as system hosting, payment gateway, support, data analysis, facilitation of advertisements, data back-up, data security and storage services.

We generally do not seek Sensitive Personal Data from Our Users, and we ask that You do not provide such data. If You voluntarily share with Us or post/upload any Sensitive Personal Data to this Website and/or for use of Our Services and/or for any other reason, You consent that We may use such data in accordance with applicable law and this Privacy Policy. While using Our Services, We may ask You to provide Us with Your Personal Data that may include but is not limited to:

1.  How do we collect personal data

• (a) directly from You when You provide it to Us through Your account; and/or
• (b) automatically as you navigate through our Website and/or Services (information collected automatically may include usage details, IP addresses and information collected through cookies, web beacons and other tracking technologies).

2.  How we collect non-personal data

We gather statistical and other analytical information collected on an aggregate basis from all visitors on the Website and Users who avail Our Services. This Non-Personal Data comprises information that cannot be used to identify or contact Our Users, such as demographic information regarding, for example, clipped or anonymized User IP addresses, browser types and other anonymous statistical data involving the use of Website to understand geography of Our visitors and help Us better organize the Website and Services provided to Our Users.

We gather Usage Data such as date, time, browser type, navigation history of all who visit the Website. The information gathered is used for Our internal security audit log, for analysing trends, for system administration purposes and, also, to gather visitor behaviour and usage patterns on the Platform. 5.  Information collected and stored – short message service (sms) messages

After You sign up for our Services (subject to your consent where required by applicable law), We may contact via SMS. In addition, We may send You SMS messages that provide marketing, promotional, and/or other information. We, Our third-party service providers, use a variety of technologies that automatically (or passively) store or collect certain information whenever You We send you a text message. This information will be stored or accessed using a variety of technologies that will be downloaded to your mobile device whenever You receive a message via our SMS service. Finally, we may require use of SMS messages as part of a two-part authentication process.

The legal basis for this processing is consent OR Our legitimate interests, namely the proper management of our User relationships.
